FAQ

  • Q:What types of packaging do you carry? +
We offer a complete range of packaging solutions for body care, skincare, and cosmetics:
    • Body & Skincare Packaging: airless bottles, plastic bottles, glass bottles, aluminum bottles, jars in various materials, tubes (plastic and aluminum), tottles, closures, dispensers, and roll-on packaging, and more.
    • Beauty & Cosmetics Packaging: a wide variety of sticks in different materials, plus packaging for eyes, face, and lips.
    • Secondary Packaging: folding cartons with liners, rigid gift boxes, and other premium outer packaging to complete your product presentation.
We also specialize in sustainable packaging solutions—including mono-material designs, refillable formats, and packaging made with recycled materials. For unique needs, we provide custom mold services to bring your brand's vision to life.
  • Q:Do you only carry the products shown on your website? +
Our website highlights our most popular packaging solutions, but our capabilities go far beyond what you see online. If you're looking for something specific, our experts can help you find the perfect solution that aligns with your brand vision and goals—just contact us, and we'll be happy to assist!
  • Q:Can we get samples, and is there a charge? +
For our in-stock items, we offer free samples. Larger sample requests may require a reasonable fee, and clients are asked to cover shipping costs through their own courier account (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.). Custom samples may also involve a fee to cover manufacturing and import costs.
  • Q:How do I know if my product is compatible with the packaging I am choosing? +
We strongly recommend testing your product with your chosen container options in your lab before placing any volume orders. Our team can advise on packaging commonly used for different product types, but product compatibility testing is solely your responsibility.
  • Q:Do you have a catalog? +
Yes, we offer catalogs for both Body & Skincare Packaging and Beauty & Cosmetics Packaging, available in digital and printed formats. To request a copy, simply fill out our contact form. You can also browse our product page, which features filtering tools to help you find the perfect packaging solution for your brand.
  • Q:What if I can't find what I'm looking for on your website? +
Our website highlights only a portion of the packaging we offer—but don't worry, we're here to make your search easier. Just fill out our contact form with the details of the style or finish you need, and our team will respond promptly with the right solutions.
  • Q:Are your products BPA free? +
Yes, all our products are BPA free.
  • Q:What can I change on a custom order? +
If you're using one of our molds to design your packaging, nearly every detail can be customized. Our goal is to ensure your packaging fully reflects your brand's identity and meets your specific needs.
  • Q:Can you produce a custom mold for my branded products? +
Absolutely! We can create private molds tailored to your brand's specific needs, giving you packaging that is truly unique.
  • Q:What components do you have that are sustainable? +
We have extensive experience helping brands achieve their sustainability goals. Our sustainable packaging options include components made with post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials, mono-material designs, and refillable packaging. We also provide sustainable secondary packaging solutions such as folding cartons and liners, as we are an FSC®-certified supplier.
  • Q:What components can you do in PCR? +
We currently offer PCR in PET, PP, HDPE, and LDPE for blow molding or extrusion. Many of our components made from these materials can be produced with PCR. Please contact us for more details.
  • Q:What does PCR mean? +
PCR stands for Post-Consumer Recycled material. It refers to plastics that have been collected, recycled, and reprocessed after consumer use. PCR is increasingly sought after in sustainable packaging, but it is often misunderstood or confused with other forms of recycling.
  • Q:What is the MOQ for PCR components? +
Most of our PCR packaging is available with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10,000 units.
  • Q:What is the lead time for PCR components? +
The lead time for PCR components is the same as for our virgin materials—typically 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the item. Please contact us for more details.
  • Q:Does the component or product shelf life decrease with PCR? +
No. Using PCR does not reduce the shelf life of the component or product in any way.
  • Q:What is the highest percentage you can do with PCR? +
The PCR percentage varies by component and generally ranges from 30% to 50%, with some items available at up to 100%.
